Description

The Nano/Mini Force/Torque Sensor belongs to compact sensors with external electronics for low to medium payload in a variety of applications from research, aerospace, and product testing to surgical robotics and warehouse automation.

Broad sensor portfolio with 11 different sensor models with measurement ranges from 8 to 3800N with resolution as low as .001N.

Highly configurable to meet any high performance small to medium application and easily customizable to OEM customer requirements.


Features
  • 6-axis force/torque detection – Measures force and torque across all six degrees of freedom (Fx, Fy, Fz, Tx, Ty, Tz) with ranges up to 80 N of force and 4 Nm of torque, designed for micro-assembly and tactile feedback
  • Form factor – Compact, low-profile design with high capacity, external electronics, and a through-hole to allow the passage of links or cables.
  • FANUC Software Compatibility – Native integration with FANUC Force Control software offers seamless integration and efficient data transfer
  • Analog output (mV/V) – Provides a raw sensor signal for high-precision applications where custom signal conditioning is required.
  • Extremely high resistance : high-performance stainless steel wire cut by electrical discharge machining. Maximum permissible overload values are 4.2 to 18.9 times the nominal capacity.
  • High Signal-to-Noise Ratio – Silicon strain gauge bands provide a signal 75 times stronger than conventional foil bands. This signal is amplified, resulting in near-zero noise distortion
  • IP20 rating for controlled environments – Provides basic protection against solid objects, ideal for use in clean, dry, enclosed industrial or laboratory environments
