Shipping Policy

We will ship by the most reasonable means according to size, weight, and location unless given other instructions. Orders are shipped typically 2-4 weeks from date of order unless you are otherwise notified by us. All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. If the damage and lost occurs in shipping, claims must be made with the carrier, not E-MotionSupply.com. Shortages and errors must be reported to E-MotionSupply.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

NOTE:

E-MotionSupply.com ships within the USA and internationally as governed by domestic and international trade laws and regulations.
International shipments are subject to special documentation fees. The BUYER is the responsible party to pay the Duties/Customs fees.

We will NOT ship international orders until payment is verified and secure.

Tracking numbers are generated and available soon after we process your order from our facility and will be sent to your provided email address.
