Phytron: Stepper Motor Controller (phyMOTION Series)

Freely programmable motion controller (PMC) for multi axes stepper motor applications.


The
phyMOTION™ free programmable multi-axes motion controller integrates high performance drive capabilities (multi-axes synchronization and interpolation) with PLC functionality (I/Os, modularity, fieldbus) for stepper motor driven applications.


The
phyMOTION combines PLC and motion control functions into a flexible and convenient framework for multi axis stepper motor applications. The free software phyLOGIC Toolbox, the LabVIEW interface, the Android based touch interface (internal/external) and the open protocol for controller drive and parameterizing create additional scope for development. The integrated, high resolution power stages up to 15 A Peak at 120 VDC simplify the wiring significantly.


Designed for Industry 4.0 The
phyMOTION can be operated below existing PLC systems as a slave system, as distributed intelligence or as a stand-alone motion control solution. Online parameterizing and -diagnostics are also standard feature as limit switch/reference switch inputs per axis. Each axis can be expanded with encoder (Endat, SSI- /Quadrature) and temperature evaluation. Besides standard PLC functions such as analogue and digital I/Os, a variety of interfaces (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, RS232/485, USB, Bluetooth) the phyMOTION also provides linear and circular interpolation.
