Parker: Ball Screw Drive Linear Actuator (OSPE..SB Series)

With 3 different bore sizes, multiple guidance, mounting and carriage options, and an integrated seal strip offering IP54 protection, along with a multitude of other customizable features the OSPE-SB ball screw driven linear actuator is designed to offer medium precision positioning at a 100% duty cycle all packaged in a versatile yet cost-effective point to point positioner.

The field-proven OSPE…SB design is truly industry leading for its ability to cover an extremely wide array of point to point linear positioning applications. Compact size of the unit coupled with the OSPE…SB's extreme flexibility and maximized configurability, make the OSPE…SB simple to integrate into any machine layout with ease.

The glider bushing design integrated into the carriage of the OSPE…SB allows for a smooth translation of the load while providing a high value in an extremely cost-effective package. To further extend the OSPE…SB's flexibility it is also offered with two different external bearing options integrated into the actuator. These guide rail options truly maximize the performance of this unit, and can be mounted in any position (top, bottom, or side of the actuator) and even retrofitted onto existing actuators.

With multiple guide, carriage and mounting options, and an IP54 rating, the OSPE-SB 25, OSPE-SB 32, & OSPE-SB 50 ball screw driven actuator is designed for medium precision, high duty cycle applications. Suitable for payloads up to 500N.
