Dear colleagues, partners, and friends, Happy New Year! Looking back on 2025, the global market was marked by turbulence and uncertainty. Trade frictions, tariff barriers, and intense industry competition converged, creating challenges on all fronts. Yet it was precisely amid such volatility and pressure that the people of E-Motion demonstrated extraordinary resilience and insight. We remained firmly on course, viewing challenges as a crucible for growth, and stayed unwaveringly focused on our core path: innovation in products and services, continuous improvement in quality and standards, and optimization of performance and capabilities. By consistently strengthening our value-added service capabilities and dedicating ourselves to building independently innovative brands, we not only held our ground against the headwinds but also planted the seeds of growth across multiple key areas. Over the past year, our progress has been steady and clearly defined. Across numerous high-end manufacturing sectors—including semiconductor electronics, precision measurement, biomedical technology, robotics, AGVs, ultra-precision machine tools, and optical processing—our business achieved stable and continuous, albeit modest, growth. These hard-earned results stem not only from the technological expertise we have built up over many years, but also from our keen insight into evolving customer needs and our proactive response to those changes. Most importantly, building on our solid foundation in servo drive technologies and products, we have successfully opened a new strategic dimension: delivering integrated system solutions that combine both controllers and drives for our customers. This marks E-Motion’s transition from a core component supplier to a higher-value system solution partner, opening a new window of opportunity for the company’s future development. To fully unlock our potential, better fulfill E-Motion’s mission of serving high-end manufacturing through our e-commerce platform, and accelerate the commercialization of new products and technologies, we will launch a strategically significant innovation initiative in the new fiscal year—the “MCTV” project. This is not merely a project, but a forward-looking ecosystem platform. We will integrate cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), and digital avatars, while bringing together industry experts and professional live-streaming talent to build a digital service platform that combines a shared showroom, live-streaming center, shared laboratory, and training classroom. Through MCTV, we will provide manufacturers, system integrators, and distributors across the motion control industry chain with standardized and systematic services for product demonstration, technical experimentation, professional training, and promotional broadcasting, thereby fostering a dynamic collaborative and innovative industry community. At the same time, we will continue to vigorously advance the market expansion of ENAC multi-axis motion controllers, further consolidating our leadership in core technologies. Looking ahead to 2026, E-Motion will mark the milestone of its 31st anniversary. Through thirty-one years of challenges and progress, we have remained true to our original aspirations and never ceased moving forward. I firmly believe that, standing at this new historical starting point, E-Motion will usher in a new phase of vigorous growth—one marked by breakthroughs in technology and products, rising sales performance, deeper independent innovation, expanded value-added services, and the continued development of our people. Like sesame seeds in bloom, rising higher with each stage, our momentum will continue to build. Let us move forward together, shoulder to shoulder, with greater passion, a more open mindset, and firmer steps, to jointly write the next brilliant chapter in E-Motion’s journey.
