ACR7000 Series

The new ACR7000 series combines performance, value and scalability that meets and exceeds OEM expectations. Built on the well-known ACR9000 platform, the 7000 series utilizes re-imagined hardware designs, well-suited for table top and laboratory style instruments.

High performance servo drives are integrated with the multi-axis motion controller into a single package, saving space, cabling, and reducing installation complexity. Standard 4 axis systems are readily available for prototypes and unique machine designs, yet can easily scale for high volume OEMs. The ACR7000 series is perfect building block for customer specific motion system solutions. Parker’s engineering and manufacturing teams have the expertise and agility needed for machine builders looking for a long-term partner.

A family of integrated, multi-axis motion controllers, the ACR7000 continues the success of the 9000 and IPA, with new, streamlined low power hardware solutions.

The latest addition to the ACR7000 family is a traditional multi-axis motion controller, equally well-suited for new machine designs or as a migration path for the ACR9000. A new Arm® processor powers multitasking, Ethernet and sophisticated motion control in a streamlined package.

Available in 4 and 8 axis configurations, the ACR7000 Controller utilizes the AcroBasic programming language which contains an expansive, proven set of motion and I/O commands for maximum application flexibility. Dual Ethernet ports offers access for PC, PLC and HMI communications. With Ethernet/IP™, the ACR7000 can join a PLC network or access remote I/O modules. Parker Motion Manager software, with all the tools needed to create and optimize applications, unlocks the value of the ACR7000 and puts the machine is motion.
