Description

The Sano74 Force/Torque (F/T) sensor is for use with surgical robotics and ideal for orthopedic applications such as hand-guided robotic navigation and force-controlled cutting or drilling. The Sano74 measures six components of force and torque (Fx \ Fy \ Fz \ Tx \ Ty \ Tz ). An onboard Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) provides triaxial acceleration and angular velocity measurements. The sensor communicates this data to a device such as a personal computer, robot, or PLC.

  • Dynamic Environmental Stability – Equipped with multiple thermistors and software-enabled compensation, Sano74 ensures static and transient temperature stability through thermal calibration.
