With over 60 years’ experience in snap-action technology, Crouzet Switches offers a complete range of Microswitches for the highly demanding markets. The extensive choice consists of standard or customized Sub-subminiature, Subminiature, Miniature and Special microswitches, all conform to the most rigorous quality standards.

Our microswitches are characterized by a large range of switching ratings from 1 mA to 25 A, magnetic blowout versions for High DC ratings, sealed models, positive break versions, a wide range of operating temperatures, models for explosive atmospheres, long service life and wide variety of actuators, contact materials and fixing means.

Miniature Microswitches – Heavy Duty

  • Coil spring snap-action mechanism with wiping contacts

  • Version with magnetic blowout for enhanced DC breaking capacity up to 5 A / 250 Vac

  • Long service life: 200 000 operations at nominal rating and up to 10 millions on light load

  • Contact gap less or greater than 3 mm (micro-disconnection (µ) or full disconnection)

  • cURus and NF approved (except 831606 SP3697)

  • Wide choice of actuators: pinned of flexible, stainless steel or plastic

  • Contacts: silver alloy (gold-plated silver alloy: on request)

  • Terminals: brass (except W2/X: copper nickel), silver plated common

  • Levers: stainless steel or polyamide, polyamide roller

  • Degree of protection: IP40 (mechanism)
